Triple play bang bang?

Triple play bang bang?So me and my wife had been with Time Warner for cable TV and Internet service for God knows 20 years. You know with all the technology who is still forced to pick between one or two cable TV operators which is ridiculous but thatís a whole Nother story. So after all those years the cable TV price plus the phone mine just got to be at a hand. So we chose to do the triple play like Verizon and get their two-year introductory price of $90 which is really $130 but thatís a whole Nother story two. One time we spent over 3 1/2 hours speaking to Verizon rep to learn about the plan what it offers and how much it is because everything is so complex convoluted confusing and complicated itís ridiculous his name was Terrence Wilson Wilson heís very nice and helpful and I made sure he documented are call gave us a reference number, date, so on and so forth. Of course when you come back after we decided letís do it there was no record of her 3 1/2 conversation no nothing but thatís always the way it is with Verizon I could tell you a story about my cell phone service contract how I had to go back to Verizon corporate store at least six times until they finally met the highly discounted price of a new cell phone with the signing of a two year contract I Purchased the galaxy S6 edge plus at Verizon for $300 instead of its MSRP of $860 and my wife got the Apple 6S 16 gig for $200 instead of $700 but thanks for verizon for lying to me and making me come back at least six times until you finally honored your renewal of a two-year contract agreement. At the same time for the last 3 years, Verizon was ripping off 95% of America this same exact way and got away with it Iím sure by making Huge contributions to our politicians. I specifically told Jen at the Bay Terrace location in New York and sheís the manager at a corporate store we supposed to get the higher levels highest level of service that the reason I like the Samsung phone and Iím buying it is because you can open up the back and swap out the batteries and the phone except an SD card for extra storage. Well guess what when I got home and started setting up the phone I quickly learned that the S-6 galaxy edge was the only phone Samsung ever made they did not except an ST storage card and that starting the S-6 the backs were sealed so you couldnít pop it off and exchange the batteries thanks Jen for lying to me again thanks Verizon you lying Does honest you lying dishonest sac of oh I donít know what youíre just a big poop of dishonesty. Now I could start telling you stories about how they promised to send me a 64 GB phone and exchange for the 32 GB at no charge which was a gigantic rigmarole and a complete lie and How they told me they would give me two years of unlimited free use of the Verizon cloud at no charge even though that was the plan I was grandfathered from specifically and explicitly stated in the contract that I would get unlimited free use of the Verizon cloud as a charge how they told me they would give me two years of unlimited free use of the Verizon cloud at no charge even though that was the plan I was grandfathered from specifically and explicitly stated in the contract that I would get unlimited free use of the Verizon cloud at no charge - which they Refused to admit or two on refused to admit or honor. So after I verified at least a dozen times over that the Verizon cloud does not automatically compress data and files I agreed to a two-year free cloud service. After six billing cycles it was impossible for me to get this reversed to get the charges reversed in each conversation with a Verizon rep went worse than the other one. On top of that Verizon cloud does it automatically compress everything everything everything that you save two itís cloud. What a bunch idiots and liars at Verizon so anyway back to my Verizon FiOS cable TV i on top of that Verizon cloud does automatically compress everything everything everything that you save to its cloud. What a bunch idiots and liars! So anyways let me get back to my Verizon FiOS cable TV issue. Itís part of our contract that we signed we specifically stated an agree to the HBO package included in our service with the other 15 channels that make up the HBO package. What an a half months into our two year contract as brand new Verizon FiOS triple play consumers we get a letter from fertilizin what an a half months into our two-year contract has brand new Verizon FiOS triple play consumers will get a letter from VerLIEzin Is that at the end of the month HBO will NO longer be a part of your package and will be taken off of your channel selections but if you want to you can purchase the HBO package for an extra monthly price. Fuck you Verizon one of the major reasons that I switched and purchased Verizon was because of the HBO package and the 15 channels that comprise the HBO package barely one month into my new tenure with you when your service can you send me a letter that says screw you HBO is no longer longer going to be part of your cable services that you can purchase it for an extra price per month. How do you get away with all of this? Simple lobbyists and political contributions !

I got Verizonís letter probably a week or two before July 4 weekend 2018 exactly itís at HBO Station and itís 15 or so channels that comprise this cable TV package will no longer be included in your plan we are discontinuing this service at the end of your billing. I spoke to a very nice Verizon FiOS customer service rep and us to we explain that we have brand new triple play customers and that the HBO package is a primary factor in the switching from your competitor to Verizon and not even two months into our new triple play to your price contract youíre taking away HBO and 15 channels that make up this package? Hell no! A customer service rep was very kind and helpful she was looking to reinstate the HBO package service at no charge for 18 months but the section on her computer was so called breed out so she couldnít do anything to change the service or make a notation. I got her name,/they never give their telephone, a reference number, And the date of our telephone conversation. She said call back after July 4 weekend actually she was supposed to call me back July 5 and of course she never dead so July 7 and sixth and ninth and eighth and 12th and 15th and the 19th and the 23rd came and gone and she never called me back and of course god forbid they give you a phone number and extension Email address because that way you can reach them in a efficient and effective way - it would be logical and make sense! No Siri Verizon - as Americaís premier tech technology company they canít even save a fucking service call/notes in their computer. you canít reach them via a telephone extension or at a valid email address. And when you reach another customer service representative and the access your records there is no fucking record of fucking anything nothing not a thing. VerLIEsin is Americaís number one premier technology and data company that he says everythin americaís number one premiere technology and data company That leaves their field and has everything figured out. When a consumer calls and the customer service representative documents the conversation they canít even save that fucking record to your Files you lying scumbag piece of feces criminal Pinocchioís! So I called back and I speak to three different representatives and not one of them was able to find a record of conversation from just b4 the July 4th weekend! Pathetic! Oh and us two. For our introductory package we were told that it includes this that me other thing. This was confirmed by 4 (YES - four) Verizon sales and customer service reps. I Purchased the ďtriple playĒ offer - obviously I got the ďquadruple lieĒ package. Because four reps specifically said that we get this package/service & stations (which was a lie) right away we needed to amend our introductory package & purchase another package (more stations) so this increased our monthly bill by $30 bucks and whatís interesting about this if you read the fine print closely VerLIEsin states that because the consumer changed the contract after the services started, VerLIEsin has the legal right to charge for services increase fees - Another words you needing to upgrade your triple play package by $30 which everybody seems to have to do in order to get the most basic of services so the $90 becomes $120 and thatís before all that plus plus plus plus plus for taxes fees etc. and when the consumer upgrades their contract it gives VerLIEzin the right to null and void The consumers introductory ďtriple pay pricing package contractĒ thus they can bang you, overcharge you, and screw you. VerLIEzin -We wouldnít expect anything but!
