I called Verizon to port my service to my new husband’s cell account. They ported my phone, but left my jet pack active. When I got my jet pack, they said it was $15 a month on my bil. I just logged on to my credit card and realized they’ve billed me 90 a month since I ported. Called to complain, and they’re not going to charge me for last month. Three months ag when I called to cancel service they never said a word about the jet pack. What jerks. Was a good customer for a long time.
