when i moved from nj to hawaii i called verizon to get hooked up for dsl as this was the service i had for the past 6 years. i made a reservation on the phone to have a device delivered and after 5 days i called to check why it didnt arrive i found out the order was never placed ..the person on the phone offered to send "something else" something newer ..so i said yes . what i got was a mifi 4g lte device that does not have unlimited data like i had but a data plan where you have to purchase gigs. i found out very quickly that you cant even watch one movie on this device as it ets data like crazt and uses up your monthly amount in 2 hours. so there was no more unlimited data . i was not told that. i was led to belive i was getting the same thing i always had a dsl with unlimited data. when i complained by email .i got a phone call from someone who left a message but no return number and an email that you cant reply to. gee thanks a lot for caring pigs!
now im stuck with a $170.00 early cancellation fee and 2 months of fees that went over my 5 gig limit. they of course purposely didnt tell me about the new plansand misled me to believe i was getting the same thing. as soon as my contract for my cell phone is up its goodbye verizon. they lost me forever. also at the same time i recieved e mails telling me verizon has been charging their customers third party biling illegaly..GOODBYE PIGSCOJAYSEA - Verizon H8er ID: 0CD608 |
