| Slipping Bills Past Me |
I've been using USB551L Novatel Wireless Modem for quite some time now. Now I haven't ever had any problems with it other than having unstable connections. But lately I've noticed that my data usage has shot through the roof for no reason. I haven't changed any of my activities on the internet but the data usage keeps skyrocketing. I called them to ask about it recently, and the only thing I got out of it was that I play Minecraft online too much. This doesn't make any sense because when I've always played it online and have never racked up nearly this much data usage. Also, in the past few weeks where I've noticed this extra data usage, I haven't even been playing games online at all. Even yesterday I kept track of how much data I should've used on the network, which was about 100mb, and today it's showing that I used about 500mb yesterday. My suspicion is that Verizon is charging me extra fees for data overage I'm not incurring, and they're playing it off like I'm at fault.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 497706 |
