| They are the worst |
I was on hold fro 2 hours!!! They kept switching people. I had like 3 who all tried to simply reset my password. It would not work. After 2 hours of aggravation, I got my password reset. I have their world plan. I cannot direct dial Brazil. Are you kidding? I was given back to customer service, continued to hold yet again. And, having waited 2 hours before, just hung up the phone in disgust.
Verizon truly is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It is a monopoly so it can get away with so many things anyone else would be held accountable for. The complete lack of customer service is absolutely disgusting and shocking.
Please let me know if there is any alternative to using this rotten company for phone service. I cannot express in words how awful this company is.
