| They are crooks! |
I do not want to use my phone for internet access. but verizon set up the phone so that it is almost impossible to avoid connecting to the internet if you push the menu button and your thumb slips ever so slightly to the top of that button. when i called to contest two data usage charges that resulted from this, the agent refused,and then some belligerent supervisor named jeff called me a liar and refused to give me his last name so i could write a complaint. they are the worst company i've evern seen. as soon as my contract is up i'm leaving--maybe sooner. |
